For Pre-Qualifiers, the following conditions apply:

  • 30% down payment payable in 6 months. Balance financed by Imperial Homes Corp. in 5 years at 10% interest or 10 years at 12% interest.
  • Monthly amortization of 6 months must be completed.
  • Move-in will be upon completion of numbers 1 and 2.

    Completion of all requirements such as arrangement of automatic debit payment or issuance of post dated checks and other sales documents should be completed.
