The 100 square meter model house is designed by the International Designer Ernest Santiago who has been featured several times in CNBC Asia and other international magazines and Designer and Landscaping Architectural books for his unique Filipino designs. He gets inspiration from old Filipino homes, Bali, and Thai home designs using fusion of colors on different parts of the house. His design for the doors, windows and hallways always open up to the garden of the resort subdivision.

This model house has a bedroom en-suite with its own bathroom and balcony and a loft that occupies half of the house. The living room has a day bed and simple designed kitchen. The living room and the loft have access to its own bathroom. All furniture are designed by Santiago. The two spacious bathrooms are Balinese inspired open garden.
