For Pre-Qualifiers, the following are the conditions:

• 20% down payment payable in 6 months. Balance financed by Imperial Homes Corporation in 5 years at 10% interest or 10 years at 12% interest.
  
  
• Monthly amortization of 6 months must be completed.
  
  
• Schedule of delivery of the Coco Villa will be subject to availability of IHC utilities to the lot chosen. For immediate delivery, IHC recommends available lots located near water and electrical source.
  
  
• Promo is good only in Phase I.

All requirements such as arrangement of automatic debit payment or issuance of post dated checks and other sales documents should be completed.
