Tagaytay Meridian

TAGAYTAY MERIDIAN, is an innovative neo-Asian leisure residential housing community. Designed as a sanctuary, these homes are a natural retreat with a unique "vacation home" concept expertly master planned into enclosed pocket communities. To emphasize the ties with nature, each home will have an outdoor Jacuzzi well blended into its landscape.

The property has a total area of 320,000 square meters. The leisure village will be developed on a gently rolling terrain with a captivating view of the nearby Sta. A team of highly talented consultants are putting the project together headed by Architect Marcos De Guzman as the Master Planner for the subdivision and the housing architectural designs in collaboration with Landscape Architect Dante Sayzon. The internationally acclaimed interior and furniture designer, Ernest Santiagocreated the furniture designs of Ba-ay Model House.

This project is only 30 minutes drive from Filinvest City and Alabang Town Center, the newest Makati of the South. It is strategically located 30 kilometers from Metro Manila through the South Luzon Express Way via the 6-lane Sta. Rosa- Tagaytay Road. From the site, Tagaytay "the new vacation capital" of the Country is a mere 5 kilometers.

The project site has a gently sloping terrain. From the site, one has a spectacular view of the Laguna de Bay, the Sta. Rosa Basin, Mount Makiling, and Mount Gonzalez of the Tagaytay Mountain Range. Climate is always balmy and cool.

Among the commercial areas in its vicinity are the Paseo de Sta. Rosa Mall, Rustan's, Waltermart, Uniwide and the Tagaytay Public Market and branches of major banks situated near the project area. Recreations may be made through the Enchanted Kingdom, Splash Island, the Tantoco's Sta. Elena Golf and Country Club, the Yulo's Canlubang Golf and Country Club, Ayala's The Country Club, Riviera Golf Club and the Manila Southwoods are just a stone-throw away. Institutional areas include the Don Bosco School, the Dominican College, San Agustin School, and the Philippine Union College. Other institutions, such as hospitals and a public market are also present and very accessible. Industrial estates such as the Ayala-Laguna Techno-Park, Samsung Laguna International Industrial Park, Meridian Industrial Park, and Canlubang Industrial Estates are present.

Established principal public modes of transportation is directly accessible. The site may be reached within 15 minutes from the Sta Rosa exit.
