For Pre-Qualifiers, the following conditions apply:
30% down payment payable in 6 months. Balance is payable in 5 years at 14% interest or 10 years at 16% interest.
Monthly amortization of 6 months must be completed.
Move-in will be one year upon completion of numbers 1 and 2.
Completion of all requirements such as arrangement of automatic debit payment or issuance of post dated checks and other sales documents should be completed.
