A 45 square meter two storey farm house called "Coco Villa" is a semi-permanent native hut come of age. A house for today that looks to the past for inspiration and the present for style and quality. Designed by internationally acclaimed artist, Ernest Santiago, the house maintains much of the original native design but added his contemporary point of view.

The walls are made of flattened bamboo for better protection and aesthetic quality.

The roof is made of "cogon" (thatched) to shield the interior from the hot sun and cool it during the evenings. The living area in the ground floor is cemented with no walls to distract the breath-taking view in Lakeside Farms. The kitchen and toilet and bath share a corner of the ground floor. The second floor is a spacious bedroom with a balcony and glass windows to better appreciate the stars at night and rising sun in the morning. The colors are a rich palette of strong contrasting hues.

Outside a 20 square meter Green House showcases one's collection of exotic flora.

For Pre-Qualifiers, the following are the conditions:

• 20% down payment payable in 6 months. Balance is payable in 5 years at 14% interest or 10 years at 16% interest.
  
  

• Monthly amortization of 6 months must be completed.
  
  

• Schedule of delivery of the Coco Villa will be subject to availability of the company's utilities to the lot chosen. For immediate delivery, the company recommends available lots located near water and electrical source.
  
  

• Promo is good only in Phase I.

All requirements such as arrangement of automatic debit payment or issuance of post dated checks and other sales documents should be completed.
