I. RESERVATION

The following shall be required upon acceptance of the reservation.

1.      Reservation Documents (Download reservation forms at "CONTACT US" and send by mail)

a.      Buyer's Information Sheet 1 copy (Download buyer's information at "CONTACT US")

                                                         i.            Complete and readable information (typewritten or in legible bold letter)

                                                       ii.            If Buyer is married, Reservation Application shall have the signature of the spouse

2.      Reservation Fee (which is not part of the total Contract Price) is as follows: US Dollar $250.00

With Down Payment Scheme

Schedule

30% of the TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE payable in six (6) equal monthly payments which shall start thirty (30) days after the payment of reservation fee.

Balance In-House Loan

5 years at 10% interest rate per annum and 10 years at 12% interest rate per annum

 

NO DOWN PAYMENT SCHEME

  • 10 years at 14% interest rate per annum
  • 15 years at 16% interest rate per annum

*All payment shall be covered by post-dated checks issued by the borrower. All checks must be issued in the name of the corporation.

*Total Contract Price (TCP) is exclusive of utilities fee. Transfer & Registration Fee and such other expenses that shall be for the account of the borrower.

DISCOUNT

Cash Sales

7% of the TCP within 15 days from date of reservation
5% of the TCP within 30 days from date of reservation.

Early Full Down

7% of the down payment within 15 days from date of reservation
5% of the down payment within 30 days from date of reservation.

III. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1.      Any proof of Income

2.      4 pieces 1x1 pictures

3.      Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract (if applicable)

4.      Residence Certificate No., TIN No. & Passport No.

5.      Affidavit of waiver of Rights (if spouse is foreigner)

*An Official Receipt shall be issued to the buyer by an authorized representative of the Company every CLEARED check payment of the monthly amortization. (send this by mail)

*A signed Contract to Sell shall be required from the buyer as soon as the required down payment has been paid. (CTS will be sent through mail and notarized here in the Philippines)

*Deed of Absolute Sale shall be executed between the Company and the Buyer upon payment of the Total Contract Price (TCP).

*The Company reserves the right to correct the figures in the event of typographical error or unintentional error in the computation of the sale or documentation.
